The cooling principle of DJS Evaporative Condenser is to use spray water to evaporate and absorb heat, and cool the refrigerant in the pipe from gaseous state to liquid state. Compared with traditional air cooling, it has greatly improved the noise control, water saving control and heat exchange efficiency. Vapor refrigerant enters the inside of the condensing coil through the compressor, and the external cooling water is delivered to the spray device above the condensing pipe through the water pump. The spray device evenly sprays the water to the outer layer of the cold release coil, forming a water film and uniform water vapor to cover the outer layer of the condensing coil. The fan drives the air to flow, the water spray outside the pipe is heated and evaporated, and becomes gaseous. The fan drives the water vapor to flow through the water collector, and the moisture is recovered, and the moist air is discharged to the outside of the equipment.
